The Coolest

Nate has been reading Max the Indiana Jones books before bed. So, this year for the character parade at school Max opted to be Indy. Max hasn't seen any of the Indiana Jones movies (because of his mean parents who think they say too many bad words and are a little too scary given the melting faces and such) but he absolutely LOVES him. His party in a couple weeks will carry the same theme.

They literally walk up and down the hallways in their costumes carrying their books. They get handed one piece of candy and are judged as they walk by the "secret" judges (which are very obvious since they are the only staff members holding clipboards and writing things down as the kids walk by).

He came home with the trophy for COOLEST costume K-2 grade. Such a cute little adventurer.
