Easter Goodness
I gave Max the option of the shorts we picked out the night before or pants. He stepped outside and said, "I think I can handle the shorts." I don't know why he and G posed lying on the floor...Nana, Papa and some eggs

A & A

When I told Max & Grant that Adam asked Annie to marry him this was their response:
Max: Do we get to go the wedding?
Grant: That means we'll have to wear our very nicest clothes.
Annie Hall... it has a nice ring to it. Anyone feel like watching a Woody Allen movie?
Jack's Party
When I asked Jack who he wanted at his birthday party all he ever said was Parker. No one else, not even his daddy or brothers. Parker was the only one he asked for... I invited the rest.
The birthday bunch: Ava, Grant, Jack, Parker & Max.
Another amazing cake by K-Frey. Jack wanted a blue animal party and that is exactly what he got.
It was a little too windy to light the candles...
Jack got some great presents. He wore his Batman costume the rest of the time at the Safari. I am so thankful not to have any more birthday parties until November... unless I have to plan one for poor Ava who has an abusive mother who thinks she doesn't need birthday parties.
Happy Birthday, Jackimo! Now, on the potty training...
the Beach
We did go to Orange Beach for spring break. It seems like forever ago....Our week can be summed up by the following picture:
Red flag: strong, dangerous currents; high tide; strong windsPurple flag: dangerous marine life
Portuguese Man-o-Wars were everywhere. There were literally hundreds on the beach. The tide was so high that it kept washing them further and further up the beach.
The waves were crazy and the weather wasn't great but the boys still managed to enjoy some time in the water with their daddy. Why is it you get back from vacation feeling like you need a vacation?

Nana love... and one big, cheesey smile.
